glo continues our durational public art project in south Metro Atlanta, titled Unity in 3 Parts: a Rosenwald School Homecoming. This unique occupation mobilizes a team of artists, educators and local people with innovative culture productions to bridge Griffin for transformation through the life and rehabilitation of a historic Rosenwald Fund School.

The re-opening of Historic 8th Street Baptist Church is the cornerstone of this iteration. The church will be lit with a neon Unity sign to amplify the church as a kind of beacon and physical catalyst that says something special is happening here.
