DESCRIPTION:VIEWING: The Pheonix Collection and Atlanta’s Histories\nTuesday\, January 30 at 6pm\nSparks Hall\, 3rd floor\, GSU \nA guided conversation with Atlanta archeologists about the Pheonix Project\, and the collection of over 100\,000 artifacts collected by Georgia State archeologists in the 1970’s from a number of sites identified alongside the construction of a new public transportation system called the Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority\, better known as MARTA.
